The S-Max Amazon powered stairclimber is a specially adapted, compact machine for the aviation industry and was originally developed for the regional aircraft market, to protect staff from musculoskeletal strains associated with heavy and awkward lifting.

With the S-Max Amazon you improve the comfort, dignity and safety of your passengers, transferring them from inside the terminal to their designated seat on the aircraft.

This equipment is in use in major and regional UK airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Liverpool, Stanstead, Exeter, Norwich, Belfast, Aberdeen, and Highlands & Islands.

The price of the powered stairclimber includes delivery and training for personnel (mainland UK). We are happy to train trainers if this would be more beneficial to you. There may be some additional accessories required to meet the needs of some specific aircraft.

The original remit of the design of the S-Max Amazon powered stairclimber was to enable it to fit Embraer type aircraft. This proved very successful. It will also fit most of the other types including, Saab 340 / 2000's, ATP's, Avro RJ, ATR's, Dash 8's, Fokker 50's/100's, Boeing & Airbus types and Dornier 328. It will even fit a Twin Otter!
